DO WE SHIP TO YOU?
Currently we are only able to accept deliveries in the United States. Shipping is via USPS, standard shipping rates and fees apply at checkout. After shipment, a tracking number will be sent via email or private message. Please enter your address in the account tab> My Addresses. If you live in an area that is not covered by our shipping system, please contact us, we will try to process your order manually.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO BE delivered?
USPS Standard Delivery of 5 - 10 business days
MY PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED
Check the usps tracking number given via email after shipment was confirmed. You can check on their official website. if you didn't receive an email or have other issues with your order please fill out the contact form below.
RETURNS
If a product is damaged during shipment, contact us with the form below. we will need photo proof of damage. after proof is confirmed, we can begin a return process. A new product will be shipped to you at this point. If absolutely necessary we can issue a refund of the amount paid (FOR damaged product ONLY) back to you. we prefer to avoid this method as we are a small business and take high measures to assure quality products and shipping procedures. please respect our small business and we will be happy to assist you in any way possible.
